• App content: golf rounds, scores, scorecard photos, trips, expenses, and group data you create.
• Usage data: basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To provide core features such as scoring, scorecard scanning, trip planning, and expense splitting.
• To authenticate you (we use email one-time codes — no passwords).
• To send service-related notifications and invites you initiate.
• To improve and secure the product.

Scorecard images and AI

Scorecard photos you upload are processed to extract scores using a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini). Images are used to provide the scanning feature and are not sold.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that help us operate the app (e.g. hosting, authentication, AI processing) and with people you choose to share rounds, groups, or invites with.
