By using GolfedIn ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using GolfedIn

You must provide a valid email to sign in and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the rounds, photos, trips, and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the Service (including AI-based scorecard scanning).

Beta service

GolfedIn is currently in public beta and is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change, and data may occasionally be affected during ongoing development.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GolfedIn is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
